THECUBER manufacturing
At the THECUBER manufacturing, all our caravans are produced in-house, starting with the chassis. To give you a little insight into our production process, we have put together a short photo tour of some of the stages involved.
Chassis
This is where the THECUBER manufacturing lays the foundation for its caravans. High-quality individual components from AL-KO and specially manufactured frame parts form the basis here.
Construction
The sandwich panels milled on our robot are glued, screwed and riveted here with great craftsmanship.
CNC woodworking
In our wood CNC production facility, the individual components for our furniture are milled using state-of-the-art machines. The edges are then glued directly in the desired colour.
Machining centres
Individual components for our THECUBER manufacturing are produced at our modern machining centres.

Carpentry workshop
All the furniture we offer is produced to order in our in-house carpenter’s workshop. Pre-assembled electronics from the cable assembly department are also installed here.
Lift-up and folding beds
The lift-up and fold-down beds are produced entirely from individual parts here. Even the gearbox for the electric lift-up beds!
Warehouse
Until they are needed for assembly, we store the individual furniture parts professionally in our warehouse.
Cable manufacturing
A wide variety of cable sets are manufactured here specifically for our caravans.
Auxiliary heating
The custom-made trailer box can be equipped with a Webasto auxiliary heater on request.
Workshop
This is where our THECUBER® products receive their final touches. Electronics, final assembly and final cleaning. All of this is done here at the last stage.
